TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. These are the terms and conditions of entry, including information on how to participate and prize details (Conditions of Entry) for the Promotion. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
  2. All entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Conditions of Entry in any event.
  3. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The Promoter is Australian Independent Rural Retailers (AIRR), ABN 36 112 308 835, (Promoter) of 74-76 Drummond Road, Shepparton, VIC, 3630. Telephone: 03 5820 8400.
    WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
  5. Entry in the Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who purchase an eligible Independents Own or Hunter River Company Animal Health product from an AIRR member store and enters their details online at https://www.airr.com.au/io-spring-comp/ during the campaign period.

  6. The following people are not eligible to enter:
    a. management, employees and directors of the Promoter, its related entities, and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion; and
    b. a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 8(a) of these Conditions of Entry.
    PROMOTION PERIOD
  7. The Promotion will commence at 9:00am Saturday 14th September 2024 and conclude at 11:59pm on Saturday 12th October 2024.
    HOW TO ENTER
  8. To enter the Competition, the Eligible Entrant must have purchased a selected Independents Own or Hunter River Company product from an AIRR member store complete the entry form at https://www.airr.com.au/io-spring-comp/ (Eligible Entry) during the campaign period an answer the question in 25 words or less – What made iO or Hunter River Company your choice this spring? The Promoter may determine who is an Eligible Entrant based on these Conditions of Entry in its reasonable discretion.

  15. One (1) Eligible Entry per person per day only. Any multiple entries/entrants, incomplete, ineligible, indecipherable or incorrect entries will be disqualified.

VERIFICATION

  1. Entrants will be subject to verification of purchase by the Promoter. Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name; multiple aliases (e.g. multiple names, addresses and/or email addresses) will be disqualified.

    JUDGING & NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS
  3. All entries will be judged and prizes awarded on Wednesday 16th October at AIRR Derrimut, Warehouse A, 1-7 Key West Place, Derrimut, VIC, 3030.
  4. Competition winners will be announced on the https://www.airr.com.au/ and on the AIRR Facebook Page.
  5. The prizes will be delivered to the winners by AIRR at a time mutually agreed between the winner and AIRR. AIRR will pay all delivery costs.
    OR Prizes will be available for pick up by the Winner at an AIRR Member of the Winner’s choice.
    GENERAL
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action permitted by law, including cancelling, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
  8. To the extent permitted by law, by entering the Promotion, the entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter arising out of or in connection with the promotion.
  9. Any entrant who, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct or beaches these Conditions of Entry will be disqualified.
  10. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter, its related entities, employees, agents, directors and contractors, shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including any direct, indirect or consequential loss), without limitation in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a Prize.
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of a Prize.
  12. Prize winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any Promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to winning a Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name, image, captions and comments in any future promotional material, including the Promoter’s website, Promoter’s Instagram, Promoter’s Facebook page or the Promoter’s other website/s without compensation for an indefinite period and entrants agree to co-operate with the Promoter for any such activity.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. All entries are the property of the Promoter after submission by the entrant.
  2. All entry information (Personal Information) may be collected, disclosed and used by the Promoter, its contractors and agents for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting the winners and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia. Entrants may access, update or amend their Personal Information by notifying the Promoter. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.
