Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in the below weight segments.

Alternatively, you can head into your nearest participating AIRR member store for free click & collect.

Orders are dispatched the next business day wherever possible. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Freight charges are payable in addition to the product price. Our team from our warehouses use a variety of carriers to ensure your goods are received as quickly as possible.

Customers will receive a despatch notification from our freight system. Emails and phone numbers are required fields in the checkout to activate this process.

The courier requires a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. Therefore, we only ship to work or home addresses for delivery. We do NOT ship to post office (PO) boxes.

Freight is calculated on based on weight of the order.

Some items are available via in-store enquiry only due to weight and geographic product price fluctuations caused by freight. For regional and country based clients we do encourage orders over 22kg to be collected from your local AIRR member store.

Shipping Destinations:

AIRR ships goods to all of mainland Australia (excluding outlying islands); however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.
