About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Support Officer Logistics to join the Terang team on a permanent, Full-time basis.
As an AIRR Support Officer Logistics, your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with your attention to detail and warehousing experience will operate as the backbone of the branch. This varied role will see you receiving and dispatching stock, conducting stock takes, processing sales and generating quotes and invoices. Supported by a national network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
Responsibilities
As a Support Officer Logistics, you will:
- Perform the storage, handling, receiving & dispatching and stock tale of merchandise in a safe manner
- Pick and pack customer orders correctly and efficiently
- Assist with stock take and other rural products logistics support activities as needed
- Supporting customers in all areas of the sales process
- Complete branch administration tasks, including banking, purchasing, reconciling and reporting
About you
To succeed at AIRR, you will have:
- A current Forklift and MR licence
- Demonstrated experience in a fast paced customer focussed environment
- Basic knowledge of agricultural merchandise products and safe storage & handling practices
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and growing relationships
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite with an ability to learn new systems
